Only items purchased on the Melbourne Decking and Landscaping website or at our shop can be returned to Factory 29, 148 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham, VIC, 3192 for refund or exchange. Pick up can be arranged at the additional cost.

The returned item must be NOT damaged or cut and in its original condition. You are responsible for the shipping or pick up and additional postage charges.
